Prospects for Iraqi disarmament
: Interview with Dr. Gary Milhollin, director of the Wisconsin Project on Nuclear Arms Control: "There is virtually no chance that continued inspections can produce disarmament unless Iraq changes its attitude. The only way to make it change its attitude would be to mount soldiers on its borders. We are caught in a sort of curious irony. That is, unless we make a credible threat of war, there really doesn't seem to be any way to achieve disarmament peacefully. " 7:17:46 PM
