Web without wires : UNDP's Sustainable Development Network Project (SDNP). lives on:  "Bangladesh Agricultural University .. will enjoy fast internet access via a wireless link to Dhaka, thanks to a project funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The Agricultural University sits on the outskirts of Mymensingh, a thriving district town about 100 kilometres north of the capital Dhaka. ..  Educational institutions in five other towns - Rajshahi, Sylhet, Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong - will also be connected under the project. Spy Planes from MLB Company: Cool "model" airplanes that take video and send back via radio, for tracking things like traffic, natural resource use, disaster situations, and military applications.  Used for dropping mesh wireless motes, together with the Berkeley Sensor and Actuator Center.  MLB has contributed to a number of other experimental autonomous aircraft.  There's a trade association for these vehicles as well.  4:17:51 PM  permalink
