Mahindra & Mahindra introduces electric-three wheeler 'Bijlee' in the Delhi and Agra markets. Delhi approval has just been given, "looking at around 100 units in Delhi in course of the next two months." It has been priced at Rs 3.32 lakh (ex-Delhi) and is expected to do 90-100 kilometres on one charge. The vehicle has a very low running cost with life-time cost per passenger working out to 48 paise (about 1 US cent). The company has recently been reorganized. 12:04:16 PM
Morocco solar electrification project:
The project will benefit 16,000 homes or 100,000 inhabitants in central Morocco. The project is co-financed by the Moroccan Power Company (ONE), Total Fina Elf and the German KFW Bank. The project is part of a large-scale ONE program to supply remote areas with electricity 11:57:08 AM
